Memorial Day Weekend

      We had a fun and full weekend! I've REALLY been wanting to go to the zoo again, and thought that Saturday would be the perfect day to go. We were going to be in Salt Lake that afternoon for Devin's Grandpa's birthday party so I figured we could spend the morning at the zoo. Thankfully the weather was still nice so we headed up! Sadly the zoo was PACKED! Parking went about a mile out from the zoo and the line was ridiculously long. Knowing there was no way we would get to see the animals (and fighting those kind of crowds would be no fun anyway!) we decided to check out Wheeler Farms (a state historic farm). Lucy has LOVED going to the Farm at Thanksgiving Point so we thought it would be a good replacement for the zoo. Well, it didn't disappoint! (Sorry no pics). It was really nice and relaxed. We just walked around and followed all of the animals around. It was really fun, and we got to see some fun things! We even got to feed the horses grass! Lucy loved it and we are proud to report we didn't loose any fingers! (sadly a little boy there did get his fingers bitten :( ).
       Monday we went to visit some graves of Devin's family. Here are some pictures of Lucy with her namesake

That night we topped it all of with a BBQ with some friends!! It was a wonderful weekend!
