About a month ago we reupholstered our chairs! It was a lot of fun. My neighbor and good friend had chairs they wanted to do so we made it a party!
Here we are carrying the chairs over to the Stoffers house. I had to pull the wagon with kids, so Devin carried the three other chairs!
This is why they needed to be reupholstered.

I'm glad they gave it away because whenever we went over to play Lucy would chase the cat the whole time! She wouldn't play with her friends!! Haha, these two just love animals.

Here is their GINORMOUS dog. Hank. He is a great dog. He talks to us whenever we come over. And he loves Cole. Too bad Cole is scared of him!

Construction across the street...went on all night! They were covering the canal, and had to dig into the road! Check out those huge pipes!!

Night construction. They were digging up the road at this point. Cole LOVED watching. Everytime we went outside we would have to walk over to the road and watch. Most of the kids liked it!

Jaden was so excited. When he saw them he looked at Tiffany and said, "These are OUR chairs?!" It was adorable....
Cole thought they were pretty fun too!

We forgot to make sure we didn't cover the holes with fabric, so we had to go back and cut off some of the excess....OOPS!
Here they are in our kitchen!
We're hoping to maybe sand and refinish the chairs and table this summer!

ReplyDeleteThey look great! You said in your post that maybe it was harder than you expected it to be, but your post made it look easier than I would have expected. I would never have tried to do this before, and now I am open to it.
