Sadie is a girly-girl. She loves to be pretty. And this day was significant because she actually kept that flower in her hair until the end of sacrament meeting!!
Sometimes just letting the kids sit in these makes their day. I always 'forget' to bring quarters...I'm not going to get away with that much longer I'm afraid.
He just looked so big with his ankles crossed. He got a new dinosaur coloring book and has been trying so hard to color one page at a time. He gets so excited to show me when he has completed a page!
We've been encouraging the kids to do chores and "help mommy" a lot the last couple of months. It makes me so happy when they just start helping and I haven't even asked. On this particular day Lucy was helping me set the table. She gave Devin the serving fork! That fork on the left is our BIG fork, just to give you an idea of how big the serving fork is :)
I froze corn for the first time! It was a lot simpler than I realized. And now we have corn for the winter! I'm excited :)
Sadie was determined to wear her sunglasses for nap time, she really fell asleep wearing them too.
Cole's silly face. He has turned into quite the jokester lately. He loves making people laugh. He likes to be strong and helpful. When I praise and love this little guy and he is just the happiest he can be.
