I haven't posted a whole lot about this pregnancy mostly because I haven't wanted to complain. Out of all the pregnancies this has been the hardest. Compared to many it isn't hard at all but I have been blessed with incredibly easy pregnancies thus far.
ANYWAYS, at about 26 weeks I started to get too strong of contractions. I always get braxton hicks early on but these were pretty bad. So I was told to slow down and do what I could keep them at bay. Sadly this meant no taking to the kids to the park and having to rely on others for things that I could normally do so easily. Looking back it was a really good experience for me. I am horrible at accepting help from others and even worse at axing for it. So learning to ask for help (even from Devin) was really hard. I am SO incredibly grateful for how kind and loving our friends and people in our ward have been. We have had meals brought to us, people came to clean our house, people have taken our kids to the park (so often that I didn't go to the park for almost 10 weeks with them). And Devin did more around the house and with the kids than I have ever expected him to do. He is such an amazing man, and I am seriously so very blessed to have him. When I hit the 37 week mark I decided I was done taking it easy. By 37 weeks most babies are born with out complications and I was done lying around doing nothing. Not to mention nesting was hitting me pretty hard. So I picked up the pace and started getting things done again. There were a couple of days were the contractions were rather strong and consistent but ended abruptly. After one such episode, that lasted over four hours Devin and I made sure the hospital bag and carseat were ready to go :). But alas, here we are with the due date in 5 days and Little Baby is still as happy as can be in the oven. Devin's parents are coming in town tomorrow and I am hitting the treadmill if things don't start moving...With our luck this baby is going to wait until they leave next week to show its face!
Since I have only posted ONE picture I thought I'd put up what I've taken...
34 weeks...this is the only shirt I feel cute in anymore...
36 weeks

These last two are horrible...they are from last night...39 weeks... But when you forget to take pictures until the kids go to bed this is as good as it's going to get!
