Christmas

Christmas was SUPER fun! My sister Esperanza come out from Alabama to visit and Patrick and Whitney (devin's bro & fam)  came out from South Carolina to visit also! It was SO much fun to see everyone and get to spend so much time with everyone.

 We made Gingerbread Nativities! Such a fun activity! I think we might make this a tradition :)

 Here is the array of nativites made. I think everyone did an amazing job! It was so cool to see what everyone came up with.

 We got to participate in TWO nativities (both of which Lucy was Mary) and we had a blast. The result of her being Mary for both of them has been her running around the house all day long putting things on her head and saying she is Mary. Mommy and Daddy are now Wisemen and Cole is Joseph. She also has a purple baby that she has permanently named Baby Jesus :)

Christmas Morning these two were the first to be awake (no surprise there!) so we sat quietly in the Den and while they ate some of the stocking candy. Lucy ate this whole candy cane while Cole gorged on some crackers.

Opening some gifts...I think this was the only one Lucy actually opened!

She just wanted to sing and play! We had SUCH a blast. Such a wonderful day and break! We were VERY sorry to have gotten everyone sick! I'm pretty sure during the month of December we spread our cold around the WHOLE country! Sorry to everyone that we infected.
