Making poodles

The other day an ad came in the mail, it was for some higher end- expensive clothing store. But it had pictures of the models walking poodles, so they kept it and walked around with it for a while, Since then the kids have been talking about poodles and how they want a poodle, they even got to see a real poodle at the park last weekend. 

This morning they were telling me all the animals they want to have and while they were talking about poodles I decided we should just make a poodle for fun. I had some left over stuffing, found an outline of a poodle online printed it off and grabbed the glue. 

Set the kids to work and this is what they created!

I thought it was funny that Cole put SO much fluff on his dog, 

While Lucy was careful to not cover the (way-to-high-on-the-head) eyes and as much of the outline as she could manage.
